Zero Gravity Gym Policies
Tuition and Fees Information
Upon enrolling a new student into the Zero Gravity Gymnastics or Cheer program, the following fees must be collected prior to the student’s first class. You must register in person.
- Registration fee of $35 (assessed annually). If you leave the program and return this fee must be re-paid. (** Registration calendar year is August July **)
- First month’s tuition due. (Prorated depending on your start date).
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Upon enrolling At ZGG you will be expected to pay your monthly tuition by one of three payment options
- Electronic payment through a checking or savings account. Your monthly tuition will be drafted on the First of the month. All customers must have on file a voided check.
- Electronic payment through a credit card or debit card. Your monthly tuition will be debited on the First of the month.
- Pay by check or cash. If your payment is not received by the 5th of the month, you will be expected to pay a $25 late fee.
- All customers who pay via auto draft will incur a $3.00 transaction fee each time payment is declined.
Your tuition holds your child’s place in his/her class. If the tuition is 15 days overdue, the deposit will be used, and you will have to repay a deposit + $25 LATE FEE to maintain your child’s spot.
If you wish to drop your class, A DROP FORM (obtained from the front desk) MUST BE SUBMITTED, IN PERSON, TO THE OFFICE TO AVOID THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
If notice is not given by the first of the month prior to the month you wish to drop or your account is 30 days past due, Zero Gravity Unlimited has the right to charge my credit/debit/checking/savings account for my monthly tuition plus any late fees.
Refund and Credit Policies
There will be NO REFUNDS given. If you drop from the ZGG program you must fill out a DROP FORM (obtained at front office) by the first of the month prior to the month you wish to drop, your deposit (last month’s tuition) will then be used or if you are on Electronic Payment you will owe for the next month’s tuition.
Monthly tuition is not pro-rated for holidays, some months have five classes per month instead of four; this evens out over the year.
There will be NO MAKE UPS due to our classes being full and keeping within our ratios.
Closed Holidays
The following are events/holidays that we will be closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekend.
Arrival and Departures
Please arrive on time so your child will not miss any warm-up.
At drop off students under 6 years old MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian until they enter the gym with the coaches.
Children are not allowed to wait outside for parents. So please pick your child up promptly.
Class Attire
Girls wear leotards (any color), or T-shirt that can be tucked in securely with elastic waist shorts. Boys must wear gym shorts and a T-shirt that can be tucked in. No Tights, Jewelry, Jeans or zipper shorts will be allowed. Hair should be pulled back and secured. For Tumbling and/or Cheer, cheer shoes may be worn. Zero Gravity Gymnastics cannot be responsible for any lost items.

Emergency Closing Inclement Weather Information
It is our intention to be open. However, situations out of our control such as inclement weather, natural/national disasters or a major building issues may disrupt service from time to time.
We ask that parents call the gym to ensure it is open during periods of inclement weather or other unusual situations. In the event of an emergency closing/or inclement weather. Zero Gravity gymnastics and Cheer will notify the local TV station so parents may use that as a resource to determine the status of the gym. We will also post relevant information on Zero Gravity Gymnastics and Cheer website.
Gym Rules
Students are never allowed to work out in the gym without a coach. This is especially important when gymnasts show up early for extra workouts. This rule is for safety reasons.
