Beginner Tumbling
55 min class working on basic beginner tumbling skills ( Cartwheels,forward rolls, backward rolls, round off, bridge kick overs, etc.)
Beginning athletes will learn body control, spatial awareness.

 

Basic Cheer Class
55 min class building base knowledge of cheer technique
Terminology of motions, jumps, stunts, tumbling and skills to follow
Choreographed routines with and without music will include cheer based conditioning to build strength and flexibility needed to practice routines safely

 

Cheer Tumbling
55 minute class working on tumbling skills such as cartwheels, round offs, bridges,
bridge kick-overs, backwalkovers and back handsprings
as well as sychronizing tumbling. Each of these individual skills intergrated parts of full cheer routine
Cheer shoes are recommended

 

Dance
Ballet-- Basic technique, working positions and ballet movements
Tap--Basic technique and movements
Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Dance technique
Learning fun steps to music with proper technique and movement

 

Parent & Tot
This class is 45 minutes of parent involvement, where your child will enjoy climbing in, out, up, down, over,
around, and through to develop muscle control, hand eye coordination and socialization skills, while having a ton of fun.
This loosely structured, exploratoryclass will allow children to further gain motor development skills in order to introduce
them to beginning gymnastics. This class is great for a toddler that isn’t quite ready to be in class without an adult.
*Children do not need to be fully potty trained to be in this class*

 

GIRLS GYMNASTICS

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Ages 5 and up
This class is 55 min of learning basic to advanced skills on each apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Trampoline.
We focus on mastering skills with technique, flexibility, coordination and strength. Providing the student with
the foundation and instilling self-confidence in this sport as well as others.
Requirements:
BEGINNER-- No experience
INTERMEDIATE-: (INVITE CLASS)
Vault-- Staight jump hanstand flat back
Bars--Pullover and casting
Beam--Split hanstand and
Floor-- Round off and bridge kick over
ADVANCED: (INVITE CLASS AND MANDATORY 2 DAYS)
Vault--Hanstand flat back
Bars--backhip circle and stride circle
Beam-- Front and side handstand
Floor-- Back walkover, round off rebound back handspring

 

BOYS GYMNASTICS

Beginner, Intemediate ages 5 & up
This is a 55 minute class that students will work on basic to advanced skills on each apparatus: High Bar, Rings, Paralell Bars, Mushroom,
Floor and Vault.
BEGINNER-- No experience
INTERMEDIATE--Invite Only


TINY TOT/KINDER CLASS

This 45 minute class is for ages 3 and 4 . This class your child will enjoy climbing, in, out, up, down and over,
around and through to develop muscle control, hand eye coordination and socialization skills, while having a ton of fun
This structured class will allow children to further gain motor development skills for gymnastics and other sports.
*Children do not need to be potty trained to be in this class.

The Junior Olympic program is developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential,
train at their own pace and must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely.
