Tumbling and Trampoline Program New at Zero Gravity!

Trampoline and Tumbling (TNT) is one of the newest and fastest growing disciplines in USA Gymnastics. It includes: Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, & Tumbling. We are now offering classes for both boys and girls 5yrs and Older to learn how to control their bodies as they master the skills necessary for their desired program/sports. Many of the skills performed help gymnasts, tumblers, & athletes progress faster and master new skills quickly, easily, and most importantly safely. Trampoline also helps develop hand-eye coordination and air awareness as well as building strength and flexibility.

Beginner Trampoline and Tumbling
Ages 5- 8 & 9 - Older, Co-Ed (55 min)
This class is for new students or for students still progressing on the Beginner Trampoline & Tumble program. Students will learn the core basic jumps (Tuck, Pike, Straddle, and Turns) and drops (Seat, Hands & Knees, Front, and Back) on trampoline. Students will also learn introductory tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

Intermediate Trampoline and Tumbling
Ages 5- 8 & 9 - Older, Co-Ed (55 min)
This class is for students who have completed the Beginner Trampoline & Tumble program. Students will learn more advanced trampoline drop combinations using the 4 basic drops from beginner T&T, as well as front tucks and back tucks. Students will also learn back handsprings on floor.

Advanced Intermediate Trampoline and Tumbling
Ages 5- 8 & 9 - Older, Co-Ed (55 min)
This class is for students who have completed the Intermediate Trampoline & Tumble program. Students will learn more advanced front and back flips on trampoline and begin learning the level 4 T&T routines on Trampoline and Double-mini. Students will also learn power tumbling on floor.

Trampoline and Tumbling Team
Did you know Trampoline is an Olympic Sport? Trampoline and Tumbling is unique in several ways. Athletes DO NOT have to compete in all events. They can choose to specialize in just one or two areas. Also, athletes do not have to be at the same level on each apparatus. TNT is wonderful for all types of athletes. Each athlete will compete at the level that will best showcase their individual ability. Our mission is to offer the best technical training to teach Zero Gravity N’Flight team members to be exceptional athletes, but most of all, we teach kids to be exceptional people. We will be focusing on teamwork and integrity with structured, safe workouts. Zero Gravity N’Flight team members learn how to encourage one another while building their self-confidence and self- esteem. The purpose of the Zero Gravity N’Flight team is to challenge each individual athlete within a fun, positive, competitive environment. Here, the child is what comes first and we do what we believe is best for our athletes. We promote honesty, respect for oneself and for others, encourage positivity, self-motivation, and dedication, while focusing on building our athletes both physically and mentally; not just this year, but for years to come.

Trampoline and Tumbling Team
Ages 5 & Older, Co-Ed
(Levels 1-4 2hrs per week ) (Levels 5 – 7 4hrs per week) (Levels 8-Elite 6hrs)
Our team program is for athletes who are interested in competing and are excelling in our Trampoline & Tumbling class or by invitation/tryout. Routines and Competitions are based by USA Gymnastics. Level 1-2 must enroll in 2 Beginner Trampoline and Tumbling classes. Level 3-4 must enroll in 2 Intermediate or Advanced Intermediate classes. Levels 5 and up will work out 2-3 hours 2 times per week.
